We're not looking for professional influencers. We're looking for football fans with great personalities, natural reactions, and the ability to make people want to watch the next episode.
No followers required. No expensive equipment. No need to invent new content ideas every day.
We'll provide the show concept, scripts, social accounts, and publishing support. You bring the personality.
And unlike a typical one-off content gig, you'll receive a guaranteed monthly base plus the opportunity to build uncapped recurring commissions from customers you refer—even months after they first discover WhiteGloveRips.
What You'll Actually Do
One daily challenge. One entertaining video. A chance to win real NFL memorabilia for your audience.

You'll host a recurring series where you open NFL mystery boxes while trying to pull an autographed item from a selected fan's favorite team. For example:
- 01A fan is selected from eligible comments on the previous episode, and you introduce their NFL team.
- 02You open real mystery boxes using a provided promotional budget, reacting naturally to the memorabilia.
- 03If you pull the wrong team, you sell the item back for credits and keep opening boxes while your budget allows.
- 04If you pull a qualifying autograph from the fan's team, they win that actual piece of memorabilia, subject to the official giveaway rules.
- 05You invite viewers to comment their favorite NFL team for a chance to be selected in the next episode.
Your job is to make it entertaining. We want big reactions, football knowledge, humor, and personality—not polished commercials.
Because the series follows an established format, you won't be brainstorming new content ideas every day. We'll provide script templates and creative direction. You'll record the episode, make basic edits in CapCut or similar software, and upload the finished video.
That's it. Our team handles posting to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, along with routine community management, comment selection, and giveaway administration.
The goal is approximately 30 minutes of daily production once you're fully comfortable with the routine, with most episodes expected to take around 30–45 minutes. Actual production times may vary.
This is a genuine daily commitment. Episodes generally cannot be prerecorded because they feature real fan selections and live mystery-box outcomes. You'll need reliable availability for daily recording, including scheduled weekends.
Compensation: Guaranteed Pay + Uncapped Recurring Earnings
$600 Guaranteed Monthly Base
You'll receive $600 per month for approximately 30 agreed short-form videos.
Your base pay isn't dependent on follower count, views, or customer sales. It provides consistent compensation while you develop your show and audience.
4% Uncapped Recurring Commission — Six Months Per Customer
This is where the bigger long-term earning opportunity comes in.
You'll earn 4% commission on qualifying real-money deposits made by customers you refer throughout their first six months as referred paying customers.
Not just their first deposit. Every qualifying deposit during their six-month commission window.
For example, if someone signs up through your referral link in January and deposits again in February, March, and April, you earn commission on each qualifying deposit during that period.
Meanwhile, you'll be bringing in additional customers in February, March, and beyond. Each new qualifying customer begins their own six-month commission window.
That means you can be earning money today from customers you referred months ago, while simultaneously building new commission opportunities.
Instead of starting over every month, you have the potential to build a rolling book of referred customers with overlapping commission periods. And with no preset commission cap, your earning opportunity can grow as your audience and qualifying customer deposits grow.
We want creators to see the $600 base as their starting foundation, while the uncapped recurring commission structure provides an opportunity to build significantly greater earnings over time.

$600/month is your starting base, not necessarily where you'll stay.
As you consistently create engaging content, establish your account, grow your audience, and help WhiteGloveRips succeed, there will be opportunities to review and potentially increase your guaranteed monthly compensation.
We're looking to build lasting relationships with creators who want to grow alongside the brand.
Base-pay increases are performance-based and not guaranteed. Your uncapped commission opportunity remains separate from your base compensation.
Who We're Looking For
- A genuine NFL fan who knows teams, players, and football culture.
- Someone entertaining, expressive, funny, energetic, or naturally engaging on camera.
- Comfortable recording short-form videos on a smartphone.
- Familiar with basic CapCut or similar video editing.
- Able to make simple cuts, captions, and engaging vertical videos.
- Reliable and willing to commit to a daily production routine.
- Open to feedback and excited to develop a recurring show.
Experience making TikToks, Reels, Shorts, or other UGC is a plus, but not required.
No degree, professional equipment, existing audience, or previous paid creator experience required.

Additional details: WhiteGloveRips owns and manages the creator accounts. The six-month commission period applies separately to each eligible referred customer, beginning with their first qualifying deposit, and is not a lifetime commission. Commissions are variable and exclude refunded, charged-back, fraudulent, and non-cash transactions according to the written agreement. Final responsibilities, payment terms, worker classification, and compensation arrangements will be established in a written agreement consistent with applicable law.
