Applicant Privacy Notice

This notice explains how WhiteGloveRips ("we", "us") handles information you provide when you apply for a position through this careers site. It applies only to recruiting and is separate from the privacy policy for our customer platform.

Information you give us: your name, preferred name, email address, optional phone number, general location, optional social media and portfolio links, your answers to screening questions, your availability, and your audition video or a link to it.

Information collected automatically: how you arrived at the site (for example, the job board or campaign link you used), the referring page, and the date and time of your visit and submission. We use this only to understand which recruiting channels work.

We do not ask for your date of birth, full mailing address, Social Security number, or tax information during the application.

To review and evaluate your application, contact you about it, schedule interviews and paid trials, and make hiring decisions. All hiring decisions are made by people; we do not use automated scoring to reject applicants.

If you opt in, we may also contact you about future openings. This is optional and not required to apply. We do not send you marketing emails because you applied.

Uploaded videos are stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible. Only authorized members of our recruiting team can view them, through temporary links. If you share a link instead, the video stays on the service you chose and is subject to that service's privacy settings.

Access is limited to authorized WhiteGloveRips team members involved in hiring. We use trusted service providers to host this site, store data, and send emails, and they process information only on our behalf. We do not sell applicant information.

We keep applicant information for a limited period after the hiring process ends (currently up to 12 months, unless a longer period is required by law or you have asked us to keep your application on file), after which it is deleted.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your application information, or withdraw your application, at any time by contacting us through whitegloverips.com. Deleting your application also deletes any audition video you uploaded.

We use access controls, encryption in transit, private file storage and activity logging to protect applicant information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

We may update this notice from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
